MyCareerBridge is committed to expanding access to economic opportunity for Baltimore City and Baltimore County youth and young adults through paid technology training, professional development, career readiness, mentorship, and employer engagement. We equip participants with the skills, confidence, and support needed to navigate career pathways, achieve long-term success, and contribute to a stronger workforce and community.
